GF Hazlenut Banana Buckwheat Quinoa Pancakes & Waffles

We love pancakes and waffles. This week I experimented with with some ingredients and it came out devine. Melt in your mouth waffles and pancakes.
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup quinoa flour
2 eggs or substitute
2 ripe bananas mashed
4 ts gf aluminum free baking powder
2 cups of unsweetened apple juice
1/2 cup ground hazlenuts (or nut of your choice)
cinnamon to taste (optional)

Mix all ingredients. For pancakes cook on medium hot griddle, being careful not to flip to early. We enjoyed our topped with cooked granny smith cinnamon apples and maply syrup. ENJOY !!
