Heirloom Beets

We just started harvesting our first heirloom beets. We love the greens sautéed and the beets roasted or raw in smoothies. How do you like your beets?

  1. I am also harvesting my beets. I like to roast them or pickle them. I have a recipe for a beet salad that I want to try this year. Happy Gardening!
