Chickpea Salad Sandwich

This is my favorite sandwich. I love extra chunky dill pickles in it. In a bowl combine cooked slightly mashed chickpeas with the following: vegan mayo, salt, chopped celery, chopped onions, dill pickle, mustard and nutritional yeast. Garlic and onion powder if you like. Enjoy!
