So Delicious Vegan Gluten Free Cream of Broccoli Soup

We love broccoli and we love soup. So why not have them both. Place cleaned broccoli,stalks included in a steamer and steam until tender. Next place half the steamed broccoli in a Vitamix or high powered blender with one cup of vegetarian broth. Transfer to pot. Blend the other half with vegan milk, 1/2 an onion, 3 cloves of garlic,1/4 cup of nutritional yeast, and salt to taste. I used homemade cashew milk. 
Add the second batch to the pot and stir to combine. Let simmer for five minutes. Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy !!
