Vegan Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

We are having a rainy week. So I am baking for the hobbit children. This recipe is quick and easy.

2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup of agave or liquid sweetener of your choice
4 table spoons earth balance melted
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips

 Mix dry ingredients then add wet. Add chocolate chips and spread into 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 until golden brown on top. 

* You can sub any dried fruit for the chocolate chips.
* I use only half the sugar listed.
